Leadership Conference
March 2009, More than 250 public housing residents learned stress management techniques and practiced Qi Gong and Yoga. Call to book your group's conference.

Vision Camp 2009
Yoga for All Ages shared the joy of yoga and games with children 6 years old through adults up to 22 years of age who attended a special weekend for those who are blind or visually impaired. Photos coming! Great Day with lots of new friends!

Open Doors Fair, August 2008
Yoga for All Ages featured Collin, the Yogi, at this year's fair during their "Artist's with Disabilities" preformance series. Collin has been studying yoga with us for 2 years and has increased his strength and flexibility and his confidence has soared. He now is creating his original choreography! We are sooooo proud of him! See his preformance here: homemade video link. The 3rd Annual Open Doors Fair held at West Park Baptist Church more than 800 came out to see more than 70 groups that serve kids with special needs and their families. Weekend Special Needs Family Group Yoga $15 a family, all of you when 2 or more families participate!
If anyone in your family has special needs and all can interact in a group class setting, Special Needs Family Yoga is for you! We will play games and have a big time. Kids will be exposed to all basic yoga poses and taught how to do family relaxation. Bring a towel for each family member. Individual lessons also available.
